why is service so bad at restaurants now?

it seems like within the past 6 months the service, primarily at fast food restaurants has gone downhill. is it the way the corporate offices redesigned their businesses, lacking of training to new employees, or just plain bad management?
i have worked at some of these restaurants and it seems that i get better service most of the time when the old crew is there.

i think its the bad management but not all the restaurants
