stay at home mommy or working mommy? which is most fulfilling for you?

i am currently a stay at home mommy, was in the corporate world for a while before this last year, made great pay. the stay at home mommy thing, has been both great and fulfilling and yet draining and sacrifcing..
here are my pro’s and cons
as working mommy -i loved the money, the break i got from the kids to actually talk to adults, the money, if i performed well on the job i was awarded, the money, the feeling of status and accomplishment
as stay at home mommy-no money but way more work, not stressed about if my children are being abused in daycare since i have them, no recognition for job well done, kids grades have improved since i am ‘tutor mommy’ also, never get to clock out from kids, did i say no money, get to spend more time with my hubby and children and God(my fave part)

What’s your views?

I have always been a stay at home mom and I’m glad that I was able to do so. It made it a lot easier to be there when my youngest was having trouble in school due to a learning disability. I was able to go on trips with my older girls and their classes. I was able to help them with their homework and I was able to be there when they came home and wanted to talk about their day in school. If they had a big project I was able to help them go to the library and do the research and I would be able to help them organize the information and put it together in a way that would make sense. As my girls are dyslexic this a problem for them. I was able to fight to get my youngest out of the public school system and into a school for children with Learning disabilities where she’s doing really well and where she love the school and most of the kids and teachers.
